12 - Walking On Water
The jiggle effect in this quilt comes from using high contrast fabrics and half-square triangles. Fool proof cutting and trimming techniques are illustrated to make it easy to keep the block square. "Break-out" blocks in the borders soften the line to give it an artistic flair.
